Milled titanium AccuFrame IC restoration with full contour zirconia crowns. Secured via 4 connections: two lingual anterior, and two milled screw-access holes in crowns. All crowns cemented to framework prior to processing acrylic gingival tissue.

Secured via 5 connections: one lingual anterior, two milled screw-access holes in crowns, and two screw access holes hidden under removable crowns secured with temporary cement. Processed with acrylic gingival contours.

Four implant hybrid bar for mandibular restoration. Bar was manufactured with extreme angulation due to implant placement. Bar has also been reinforced to provide support to the distal extension. AccuFrame Plus surface treatment utilized for masking. No opaque or pre-treatment required.
